Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo (1/2 stick)
    3 c. coarsely chopped onions
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo and saute onions; do not brown. Add eggs, milk, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Pour into greased casserole, top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until it bubbles in the middle.
