3 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. light Karo syrup
1 c. water
1 1/8 oz. bottle cinnamon oil
red food coloring

the hard crack ball stage. Add the cinnamon oil and a few drops of food coloring. Pour
out on foil lined cookie sheet. Cool until hard and then break into pieces.
