Fresh Tomato Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium chopped tomatoes (about 3 c.)
    1/2 c. sliced green onions with tops
    1/2 c. chopped peppers (green)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
    2 Tbsp. snipped fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped jalapeno chili pepper
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic (about 3 cloves)
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    If time permits, refrigerate the salsa for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
    Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
