Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Pour undrained salmon into bowl, removing bones.
    Mix in egg. Add onion, salt, milk, flour, stirring well.
    Shape mixture into patties.
    Fry in hot oil in skillet for 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until browned; drain.
    Serve with potato salad.
    May top the patties with chili powder gravy.
