Chinese Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chuck beef
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 c. green bell pepper
    1/2 c. red bell pepper
    1 1/2 c. beef bouillon
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 c. dry Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion and garlic in oil until meat is browned.
    Add ginger, thinly sliced peppers, bouillon and soy sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice; cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
    Makes 4 servings.
