Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
10 soda crackers, coarsely crushed
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped pecans
15 whole pecans
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation

Beat egg whites until very stiff.
Gradually add sugar, crackers, baking powder, vanilla and chopped nuts.
Thoroughly grease 8-inch
pie
tin.
Spread
mixture in pie tin.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
