Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans chicken broth
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced celery (optional)
2 1/2 c. peeled and cubed potatoes
1 bag frozen vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Combine chicken broth, water, onion and celery in a pan, cover and cook 20 minutes on medium heat.
Add potatoes and frozen vegetables.
Cook, covered, 30 minutes until tender.
Add cream of chicken soup and Velveeta cheese.
Heat on low until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
