Lo-Cal All Occasion Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. rice flour
3/4 c. barley flour
2 tsp. aluminum free baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. yogurt (plain or flavored)
1/2 c. mild flavored oil
2 large eggs
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients well, then add remaining ingredients to same bowl.
Begin by buttering a 7 x 11-inch baking pan thoroughly.
Do not use another size pan.
Drizzle pan bottom with liquid honey to cover.
Top honey with whatever you want on top of cake, a cup of chopped nuts or coconut or a cup of sweet pineapple, plums or berries.
Stir batter about 75 strokes, then pour it over topping.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 5 minutes in pan, then invert and serve.
