Lemon Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

1 (94% fat-free) yellow cake mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. water
1 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 c. egg substitute
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Lemon Glaze
Preparation

Combine cake mix and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
Add oil and mix next four ingredients.
Beat at medium speed with electric blender for 6 minutes.
Stir in poppy seed.
