Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. zucchini, sliced thin
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 shredded carrot
1 can cream of chicken (or celery) soup
1 c. sour cream
bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Put zucchini in bottom of casserole.
Sprinkle onion and carrot on top.
Spread soup and sour cream mixture over top. Cover with bread crumbs.
Drizzle butter over all.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
