Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 well beaten eggs
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. oil (your choice)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    3 c. chopped apples
Preparation
    Mix in large bowl sugar, oil, egg and flour.
    Add apples and pecans.
    Bake in greased and floured rectangular cake pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
