Beef Roast With Veggies(Crock-Pot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast
    6 medium size peeled potatoes
    1 small chopped onion (optional)
    4 chopped carrots, pieces about 2 inches long
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 can (soup) water
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put all in crock-pot.
    Cover with soup and 1/2 cup water. Cook on low all day or 5 hours on high.
