Hamburger Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    1 1/2 c. frozen corn kernels
    1 (15 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
Preparation
    Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Add all ingredients (except noodles) to browned ground meat and simmer for 1 hour, then add noodles.
