Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. coarsely grated carrots
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix oil and sugar.
Add eggs.
Sift flour, salt and soda; add to first mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; stir well.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes in an 8-inch pan.
