Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cut up rhubarb
    1 pie shell (unbaked)
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Spread rhubarb in pie shell.
    Beat eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla and salt.
    Pour over rhubarb.
    Bake at 425\u00b0
    for 5 minutes.
    Cut heat down to 325\u00b0
    and bake another 30 minutes, or until pie is set.
