Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 medium potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation

Peel, slice or cube potatoes.
Cover with water and cook 20 or 30 minutes.
Do not drain.
Make a white sauce by melting margarine and slowly mixing in flour and salt and cooking over low heat, stirring constantly.
Slowly add milk and onion soup and stir until sauce is lump free.
Pour over potatoes.
Let simmer until soup tastes like you want it.
If thicker than you like it, add a little more milk.
