Garlic-Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

8 large potatoes, scrubbed and quartered lengthwise
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Place potatoes, skin side down, in baking dish.
Mix oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, garlic, paprika and pepper together. Spoon this over the potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until potatoes are done.
