Cabbage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 c. sliced carrots
    1/4 tsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 soup can milk
    1 soup can water
    3 c. cabbage, cut in long thin strips
Preparation
    In a large heavy pan, brown sausage and cook carrots with caraway seed in butter until tender.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and cook until cabbage is tender, about 1/2 hour, stirring often.
