Rhubarb Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
3/4 c. oatmeal
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced rhubarb or apples
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, butter and cinnamon together. Press half of crumbs in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cover with rhubarb or apples. Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and vanilla. Cook until thick.
Pour over rhubarb and top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
