Fish Batter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 can beer
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients. Add 1/2 can of beer.
    Let stand for 20 minutes. Drop fish into batter, rolling to make sure they are covered. Drop into deep fryer.
    Allow to cook until golden brown. The results will be a crisp, flaky, tasty batter that accents the taste of the fish.
