Fiesta Pork Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless loin
    sliced onion
    2 tsp. taco seasoning
    salsa and beans
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    11 oz. can drained corn
    flour tortillas
    rice
Preparation
    Cut boneless loin into strips.
    Stir-fry with vegetable oil and onion.
    Stir in can of corn.
    Toss with taco seasoning.
    Roll up portions in 4 warmed tortillas and serve with salsa, rice and beans.
    Serves 4.
