Cranberry Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, combine cornstarch, lemon peel, cloves and salt.
Stir in orange and lemon juice until smooth.
Cook over high heat, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thick. Stir in cranberry sauce and heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot or cold over turkey or ham.
Good for holidays.
