Yam Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mashed cooked yams
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 c. flour
1 3/4 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Combine yams, butter and egg. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together. Blend into yam mixture. Place on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
