Black Bean And Rice Salad(Vegetarian) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 c. canned black beans, drained
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
    1/4 c. Italian dressing
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    lettuce
Preparation
    Combine rice, black beans, parsley and tomato in a large bowl. Add dressing and lemon or lime juice; toss lightly.
    Arrange on a bed or lettuce.
    Serves 4.
