Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard seed
    3 Tbsp. Morton Tender Quick (this you must use)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Make out in 2 rolls; wrap in foil. Let stand 24
    hours in refrigerator in loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
