Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
    1 c. coconut
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and eggs.
    Add melted butter.
    Add rest of ingredients, vinegar last.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Use 2 non-deep pie shells.
