Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, softened
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine margarine and sugar; beat until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in bananas.
    Combine flour and soda; add to creamed mixture, stirring just enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until done.
    Serve hot.
    Yields about 1 1/4 dozen.
