Sea Foam Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pears, drained and mashed
1 pkg. lime Jell-O
2 to 3 oz. softened cream cheese
2 Tbsp. cream
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Drain juice from pears and heat 1 cup juice to boiling. Pour over Jell-O and stir until dissolved. Cool. Mix cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and beat well until blended. Chill until partially thickened. Fold in pears and whipped cream. Pour into a 1-quart ring or star-shaped mold and chill.
