Turkey And White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
    1 c. chopped red bell pepper
    15 oz. can Great Northern beans, drained
    3/4 c. fat-free sour cream
    3/4 c. salsa
    1/2 c. fat-free shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook turkey, onion and 3/4 cup of the broth in a 3-quart pan over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Stir in remaining broth, cumin, oregano, chili powder, red pepper, garlic and green chilies.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in bell pepper and beans.
    Cook uncovered over low heat, 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve chili topped with sour cream, salsa and cheese.
