Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    4 eggs
    3 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Measure sugar, oil
    and pumpkin into large mixing bowl. Beat well at medium
    speed.
    Add
    eggs, one at a time, beating well after each\taddition.
    Add\tflour,\tbaking\tpowder, soda, cinnamon and salt
    (sifted),
    small\tamounts at a time, mixing well after each
    addition.
    Fold
    in
    raisins\tand nuts.
    Turn into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan lined with wax paper on bottom. Level batter with back of spoon.
    Bake in moderate 350\u00b0 oven about 1
    hour
    and
    15 minutes or until done.
    Serve plain or with orange powdered sugar glaze.
