Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. soft butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spread apples in 8-inch square pan. Sprinkle with mixture of water, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix sugar, flour, and butter.
Work together until crumbly and then spread over apples.
Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes.
Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
Serves 6.
