Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 slices loaf bread
    1/4 lb. melted margarine
    3/4 lb. sharp grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove crust from bread. Cube bread and soak in margarine. Add cheese, red pepper, mustard, milk and salt. Beat egg whites and fold in mixture. Pour in buttered rectangle dish. Set aside for 12 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
