Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    3/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. cranberries, cut in halves
Preparation
    Sift flour with dry ingredients; add egg, melted shortening and orange juice.
    Combine only until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fold in nuts and cranberries.
    Turn into a greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
