Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. white rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 qt. milk
Preparation
    Place rice in saucepan.
    Add just enough water to cover rice and cook for 20 minutes, then drain.
    In same pan to cook pudding, add 1 quart milk and 1/2 cup sugar.
    Bring to a boil.
    Then simmer for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes.
    Place rice pudding into container or pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
    Keep in refrigerator.
