Erminia'S Caramelized Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    12 eggs
    1 c. milk (whole, 2% or skim)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    You will need a heavy-duty aluminum mold that will set evenly in a roaster pan.
    A Bundt cake type mold is not suitable.
