Pumpkin Nut Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. golden raisins
1 c. vegetable oil
2/3 c. milk
4 eggs
2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients.
Add nuts and raisins.
Stir to coat.
In a separate bowl, beat together oil, milk and eggs. Add pumpkin. Combine liquid and dry ingredients until moistened.
Pour into 30 paper lined muffin cups.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until toothpick removes clean.
