Honolulu Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (46 oz.) cans unsweetened pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. lime juice
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 c. sugar
    4 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottles pale dry ginger ale
    1 (1 pt. 12 oz.) bottle carbonated water
Preparation
    Combine
    fruit
    juices,
    frozen concentrates and sugar; chill thoroughly.
    Add chilled ginger ale and carbonated water just before
    serving;
    pour
    over
    large block of ice in punch bowl. If
    desired,
    float
    a
    flower on ice and garnish punch with mint leaves.
    Small
    pieces
    of
    dry ice may be added to chilled punch in bowl; the punch will have white smoke rising from bowl and will bubble in an unusual way.
    Yield:
    35 to 40 servings.
