Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. anise (extract or seed)
1 tsp. oregano
1 can tomato soup
sliced American cheese
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add seasonings and soup.
Heat slightly.
Add 3 or 4 slices of cheese.
Heat until melted.
Put on buns open face and put under broiler until cheese bubbles.
Also makes good pudgy pies for campers.
