Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    3 large onions, thinly sliced
    1 garlic clove
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Heinz 57
Preparation
    Pound flour mixture into meat, brown.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
