Amish Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sauerkraut
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Wash and drain sauerkraut.
    Mix sugar, salad oil, vinegar and water well.
    Pour over salad and marinate overnight.
    Drain before serving.
