Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk, scalded
    8 c. bread crumbs (soft)
    1/2 c. melted butter
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Scald 2 cups milk; pour over soft bread crumbs (cool).
    Add next 6 ingredients.
    Pour in casserole set in pan of hot water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until inserted knife comes out clean.
