Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk, heated
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter in milk
    4 slices bread, diced
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine milk, egg yolks, sugar, butter and vanilla.
    Add beaten egg whites last.
    Bake in oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Bake over pan with hot water.
