Pepper With Cream Cheese Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 green or red peppers
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    2 Tbsp. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese or sharp Cheddar
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne (optional)
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives or parsley

    You can add chopped walnuts or salted peanuts to the cream mixture for another flavor.
