Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 jar Marshmallow Creme
    1/4 c. butter
    6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients in heavy 2-quart saucepan.
    Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat to a boil.
    Mixture will be bubbling all over.
    Boil and stir for 5 minutes more.
    Take off heat.
    Stir in 6 ounce package semi-sweet chocolate bits until completely melted.
    Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup chopped nuts. Spread in buttered 8-inch square pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into squares.
