Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    deep 9-inch pie shell
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. Accent salt
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain well the spinach per package directions; set aside.
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add Accent and milk; blend.
    Add other ingredients and put in pie shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, until golden and firm.
    Serves 6.
