Minute Steak Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 cubed steaks
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can whole potatoes
    1/2 c. vegetable liquid
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can peas and carrots
Preparation
    Cut steaks into 1-inch strips.
    Season flour with salt and pepper.
    Roll steak in flour mixture.
    Heat butter in skillet until bubbling.
    Add meat; brown well on all sides.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Cut whole potatoes into cubes.
    Cover skillet; simmer for 10 minutes.
