German Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. butter
    300 grams flour
    300 grams butter
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    300 grams sugar
    300 grams ground nuts (walnuts will do)
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    raspberry jam
Preparation
    Work butter and flour on a board until consistency of cornmeal.
    Add all other ingredients and carefully work into a dough, mixing everything well.
    It helps to add a little at a time and work in well.
    Let rest in fridge several hours, or overnight.
