Cheese-Garlic Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. biscuit baking mix
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
1/4 c. margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine
1/4 c. water
4 c. flour, divided (see following)
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
2 pkg. dry yeast
3 eggs
Preparation

Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, salt and yeast in large bowl with electric mixer.
Stir well.
Heat milk and margarine until very warm, 120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0.
Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat at low speed, scraping sides of bowl, 2 minutes.
Add eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
Beat at moderate speed, scraping sides of bowl, 2 minutes.
With spoon, stir in remaining flour to make soft dough. Batter will be thick, but not stiff.
Cover and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.
Stir down and spoon into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Cover and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
Cool.
