Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. butter
    8 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream sugar, butter and Crisco together. Add eggs and flour alternating, ending with an egg. Add vanilla and beat good. Bake in tube pan at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours.
