Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, blend sugar and oil.
    Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
    Add zucchini and set aside.
    Combine the dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture.
    Pour into greased 3 1/2 x 6 x 2 loaf pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
